- Choose whether you will use a qualitative or quantitative method and ask your consultant for help in justifying why this method best fits your question.
- Use online questionnaires or interviews and ensure a reliable sample. Don't neglect data processing software (e.g. SPSS, NVivo).

- During the defense, be confident, speak clearly, and give clear, structured answers.
8. Mental health and stress management
- Don't neglect your physical and mental health: regular eating, sleeping, exercise, and socializing will help you recharge.
- If you feel like you have too much to do, talk to friends, family, or even a mental health professional – it's not a sign of weakness, it's a wise move.
